C 36 Unicrystal monobloc stabilizer

Unicrystal C 36 Super is the most complete and advanced process for continuous tartar stabilization in small batches of wine.
It is based on a hi-tech. “contact”
system with a holding period in a high potential nucleation crystallizer filled with 4 gr/litre of crystals, served by an independent cooling system. A computerized control system is used to memorize in historical files the process parameters and figures and display a graph showing 0progress of the degree of stability, expressed in terms of ccT. The Unicrystal C 36 Super has the following advantages over traditional methods or other technologies:
