C2 TANK WITH LEGS

Quality certification of stainless steel and advanced execution technology guarantee life and suitability of C2 tanks. They are equipped with “freeze-plate” cooling jackets and allow to control fermentation temperatures and to store juices and wines at the minimum temperature preferred.

“Freeze-plate” jackets, with enbloc press-forged profile for the forced circulation of the refrigerant (glycol solution – icy water – hot water) where speed and turbulence give a high thermal exchange factor, are integrant part of the cylinder, and surface in contact with the product remains unaltered, without risk of leakage or product pollution.
