A versatile effective solution

Where continuous tartaric stabilization of small batches of strongly structured wine
is needed, the latest generation Unicrystal C 36 Super is a highly sought after product due to its great performance.

The result of high technology, it is based on a “contact” principle which involves a prolonged in-transit holding period with a crystalline charge of 4 g/lt.

The crystallizer has high nucleation power and is made up of an independently refrigerated double container.

A computerized unit controls and stores in historic files all the process parameters and quantities and displays graphs showing flow charts for the degree of stability expressed as critical crystallization temperature (CCT).

Unicrystal provides the advantages of large stabilization lines, the main ones of which are:

  • applied technology with minimum investment cost
  • totally guaranteed results, even with difficult products
  • high heat recovery (up to 95%)
  • total recovery of exhausted crystals and no filtration residue to dispose of • continuous assessment of the product’s level of stability.
